Custom cut options. Steaks, roasts, and burger. All cut options determined at the time of drop off. 


*Please stop up front for write up before going out back to drop off.*

Cape $40

Capes will be done while you wait - we will no longer store your cape for longer than 24hrs. 

Cold Smoked Backstraps $15

We now offer to smoke your back straps! Pre-seasoned and cold smoked to rare, ready to warm and eat in minutes! 1 for $15 or 2 for $20!

Boneless Venison Drop off

Any frozen or thawed boneless venison/ wild game meat are accepted. (VENISON ONLY November 15- December 31)  Prices start at $37.00

AFter Hours Deer

Shoot a deer after our business hours?

Please field dress animal as normal and bring to us first thing the next morning. Please keep meat cool by laying deer on its back with rear legs open or simply hang carcass. (Ice can help but is not necessary. )

  • Just bring it on in! Frozen, thawed or raw meat are all acceptable. Whole cuts or packaged burger are accepted as well.


  • NO BONES! Everything you bring to us MUST be off the bone. Please check roasts before bringing them in!

  • All orders and deer are typically done in 4-12 business days.
  • (Hams being an exception - could take up to 10 days after deer is cut .)

  • Smoked and Kielbasa require 14 lbs
  • Bulk sausages require 7 lbs. 
  • Jerky requires 5 lbs. of whole muscle rounds.
  • Only minimum poundage required, no maximum limit.

As of 2021, J Dean's has taken over the deer processing next door to our facility, (formally known as Thomas Deer Processing). We have remodeled and restructured the deer processing to our quality standards, such as vacuum packaging your cuts, roasts, and burger.


While dropping off a deer, please come into our store front to write up and get your drop off tag. 


We will direct you to the proper drop off location.

  • Please come into our store with license number to write up your order.
  • Please leave hide on. 
  • NO HEADS CAN BE LEFT WITH US- customer will take head with.
  • Cape for mount is a $40 charge and is required to be picked up within 24 hours of drop off.

  • Top and bottom rounds from hind quarter.
  •  Backstraps 
  • 5lb Minimum 
  • Customer will receive approximately 1/2 of 'wet weight' on return. (Dehydration)
